All Darlings Wonderland products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. As a result, shipping times and origin may vary by product.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–14 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Please note: Items in the same order may be shipped separately and from different locations if fulfilled by different suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Shipping Details
✅ Countries: Tapstitch ships worldwide, though some countries have restricted shipping. Product pages show delivery areas.
✅ Shipping Methods Available:
- Air Freight (faster, higher cost) – usually 5-7 days average
- Sea Freight (slower, lower cost) – usually 25-30 days average
- Special line – 10 days average
✅ Shipping Cost Calculation: Costs depend on the delivery address and item weight. Our system calculates fees based on the shipping method, order size, and fulfillment location chosen.
✅ Fulfillment: Small orders typically ship from the USA, while larger orders are usually more cost-effective from China.

Printify Shipping Options
We fulfil select products through Printify. The following shipping methods are available:

Please note:
- Express Delivery is only available for Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan 5000 t-shirts with front prints, and must be selected at the time of ordering — upgrades are not available.
- Standard Shipping orders may be upgraded to Priority by the Print Provider where supported. Economy Shipping cannot be upgraded.
- With Economy or Standard Shipping, orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to your address.
CL Dropshipping — Shipping Information
Select products in our store are fulfilled through CL Dropshipping, shipped from warehouses in China, the United States, and Europe (including the UK, Germany, and Poland).

Gelato products are produced locally near your delivery destination through a network of 250+ production partners in 32 countries, ensuring faster delivery and lower emissions.
- Processing time: Production begins immediately after your order is placed
- United Kingdom: Economy Shipping 3–4 days (£4.36) / Express Shipping 3 days (£5.52)
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 5–14 business days
Live order tracking is available for all Gelato orders. Items may ship separately if ordered alongside products from other suppliers. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
